This wild honey is as it is from the wooden bee hives. Above honey is not processed or altered in any ways; Not micro filtered and yes not even pasteurized.

Processed honey will not froth as seen in the picture above. However this honey will never get spoiled.

Most of the honey that you buy from market is not even real honey. It is cheap fructose syrup which is almost 40 rupees a kg, if you purchase bulk volumes. Many of the reputed brands are mixing it with real honey. Indian labs are still not equipped to identify the same. Honey smells and taste just like real honey however it lacks pollen, enzymes and other essential micro-organisms.

This honey is filtered with muslin cloth to remove debris and dead parts of bee and bee wax. This filtration is essential and all the pollen remains intact in the honey.

This honey also has a mild bitter flavor because of the wild flowers. There are times when the flavor is also complex.

Wild Honey is out of stock and will take couple of months to be back. You can alternately honey from the below link.

have tried lot of local brands and also some organic brands available in market, but nothing comes close to this one. tastes just like the honey i used to have in my native place about 25-30 years back. also being natural honey without any preservatives this honey does not have any expiry date. bet you will not switch back to any other honey once you taste this.
